President’s Message

The mission of ATOMED CEBU is to deliver high quality and reliability to patients and healthcare professionals through the manufacture of medical disposables.
Our products are designed to enhance safety and operational efficiency in medical facilities. They are manufactured under a strict quality control system to ensure they can be used with assurance.
Our company was established in 2004. We began as a manufacturing plant capable of integrated production, including resin molding of medical disposables, assembly and sterilization in clean rooms, and final shipment of the finished products. Subsequent to that, with the introduction of medium- and large-sized molding machines, we internalized the resin molding process for our main product, infant incubators. By introducing 2,000-ton large-sized molding machines in 2019, we established a system that allows all resin molding processes to be completed in-house. As a result, we were able to significantly reduce the lead time required from product development to mass production, enabling us to respond quickly to the diversifying needs of medical facilities.
Furthermore, we actively introduce the latest technologies and equipment, and are engaged in product development and technological innovation that reflects the voices from healthcare professionals.
We will continue to make every effort to meet your expectations. We sincerely appreciate your ongoing support and trust.

About
ATOM MEDICAL CORPORATION

To Save a Tiny Baby LIfe

ATOM MEDICAL CORPORATION's Ongoing Commitment to Perinatal Care

In 1952, ATOM MEDICAL CORPORATION became the first company in Japan to develop an infant incubator, pioneering a new path. Since then, we have focused our research and development efforts primarily on the field of perinatal care. The term "perinatal" is a critical period when the condition of the mother, fetus, and newborn can suddenly change and potentially become life-threatening. Caring for newborns, as well as supporting the health of the fetus and mother before birth in an integrated way, is what truly enables us to contribute to saving fragile tiny babies' lives.

Japan's Neonatal Mortality Rate (per 1,000 live births) and the History of ATOM MEDICAL CORPORATION's Infant Incubators

Source: Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, Summary of Vital Statistics (final data), 2022

In 1950, the neonatal mortality rate was 27.4 per 1,000 live births. However, thanks to advances in medical care, the rate had dropped to 0.8 by 2022. ATOM MEDICAL CORPORATION's infant incubators have been chosen by customers in Japan, where the neonatal mortality rate is among the lowest in the world.
