What inspires you to join the company?
I am inspired by ATOMED CEBU’s dedication to support the birth of new lives. The commitment to provide our customers with high quality products that promote safety. And I am always inspired to grow in an environment where teamwork & a positive atmosphere are prioritized.
What do you find rewarding about your work?
Being part of ATOMED CEBU for almost 21yrs. was both an honor & a blessing for me because, by doing my work well, I can contribute to help support the birth of new lives. ATOMED CEBU makes me realize that you don’t have to be a hero or a bigger person to make a difference- just millions of care, not just for your people, but for people. All people.
What do you like about ATOMED CEBU?
3 out of the many things I like about ATOMED CEBU :
1.The company’s philosophy which is “ To save a tiny baby’s life “ – we are not just here to do our job to be paid, but also to exercise self-discipline in performing our work well with sincerity, care & affection in everything that we do.
2.The team I worked with everyday – who supports me and allows me to perform at my best. They helped shape me just as much as the big decisions & loud milestones.
3.The management especially the top management – the undying support, trust & guidance that the management has given to every worker.
What are your future goals?
My future goal is to become more resilient and develop a more positive mindset for me to continue to serve ATOMED CEBU with the best of my abilities.

What inspired you to join the company?
At first it was my eagerness to help my parents and siblings financial needs that inspired me to join and work in the company. But Later on, it is the company product purpose that helps hospital needs and support human life. And to additional for that, my superiors continuing supports and guidance, my subordinates strong high spirit of cooperations within our department and mostly the company’s owner greatness, kindness that shows genuine care for employee’s well being that moves and inspires me a lot to work with the company.
What do you find rewarding about your work?
Knowing my work purpose that finds my work rewarding. As an employee that gives me an oppurtunities to help human lives in my own little way, by giving my best to ensure to produce good quality medical products. And able to support my family needs at the same time.
Lastly the best rewards ever is customers satisfaction.
What do you like about ATOMED CEBU?
What I like most in ATOMED CEBU is the great mission and vision where the company had a clear goals in producing medical products that contributes in helping the medical needs of our society that also extend internationally.
And lastly the bond we build within our department, from superior to subordinates that create a good atmosphere that inspire people to work well in achieving goals and making good quality products.
What are your future goals?
As long as I feel the company needs my service, and I would be still capable to work well….I’ll be glad to work with the company until my daughter graduate to college and while preparing for my comfortable future retirement and financial security.
